Rocksmith 2014 will be coming out later this week, so we thought a roundup of the new features and the track list might wet your whistle. Developed by Ubisoft, the original game was famed for its new technique in helping people learn guitar from scratch, and even let experienced players have an enjoyable experience as well.

The game also promises to improve the riff repeater, an all new master mode and more games in the guitarcade. Jerry Cantrell of multi-platinum rock band, Alice In Chains said, “Rocksmith’s new Session Mode feature is one of the most innovative music technologies in recent history and gives you the experience of playing with a real band that actually adapts to you.  The new Rocksmith 2014 Edition teaches real techniques for players of all skill levels.”

Rocksmith 2014 comes out on the 25th of October on PC, Xbox and PS3.
